Our operation in Italy is developed through BΙΖ by FERCAM, a joint venture between BIZ Courier & Logistics S.A. and FERCAM, one of Europe’s most established logistics groups with over 75 years of experience.
This is an initiative of combining infrastructure, access, knowhow and technology to operate within the Italian market with consistency, good execution and control.
What we manage from Bolzano
From our Bolzano hub, we support operations focused on the Italian market:
→ Full fulfillment – inbound, storage, inventory management, picking, packing and order preparation within Italy
→ Domestic distribution – nationwide delivery across Italy within a single operational structure
→ Cash on Delivery (COD) – fully integrated for business models that rely on it in the Italian market
→ Technology integrations – Shopify, WooCommerce and Amazon FBM via BIZ LiNK, API support and custom integration options
→ Reverse logistics – returns management including reception, classification, and reintegration into inventory
→ Amazon (FBM) Order preparation and Amazon (FBA) Inventory services
→ In-house, fully integration Warehouse Management System – the BIZ WMS
From this base, operations are primarily structured to serve the Italian market, while maintaining the ability to connect with nearby markets such as Austria or France when required.
Its location on the Brenner corridor allows more efficient domestic distribution and reduces operational complexity.
The result is a more stable operation, with full control over orders, deliveries and returns, and a structure that supports growth without duplication.
