- Two Delivery Attempts: If the first delivery attempt is unsuccessful, a second attempt will be made on the next business day, offering your customers another opportunity to receive their packages promptly.
- Proactive Notifications: Keeping you and your customers informed is a top priority. Throughout the delivery process, both you and your customers will receive email and SMS notifications with the estimated date and time of delivery. This transparency helps to build trust and provides peace of mind, knowing exactly when to expect your shipment.
- Non-Delivery Alerts and Physical Notices: In the event of a missed delivery, we have a comprehensive alert system in place. You will receive an email, SMS, and delivery note to ensure you are aware of the situation and can take any necessary action. Additionally, if no contact information is available, a physical notice will be left at the delivery address, informing your customers of the attempted delivery.
- Local Post Office Storage: For added convenience, any undelivered shipments will be stored at the local post office for up to 5 business days after the final delivery attempt. This policy provides your customers with ample time to collect their parcels, ensuring a higher success rate for final delivery.
- Cash on Delivery (COD) Option: Understanding that flexibility is key, we offer the option to ship with Cash on Delivery (COD) or without. If you choose COD, payment can be made by card or cash, up to a limit of €2,500. This feature caters to a wide range of customer preferences and enhances their shopping experience by providing multiple payment options.
